Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course is on-demand and starts immediately upon registration.
How long do I have access to the course?
Adobe has graciously sponsored this course for their current release cycle. You should anticipate access to last until at least the middle of 2021. Your free enrollment will end at the end of the sponsorship period, but if you like, the course is available after that for a nominal fee.
Why have you put together such an extensive free course?
Neither Tech Comm Tools nor Adobe wants the cost of education to keep you from moving to a new or upgraded RoboHelp environment. This course teaches you the basics and is designed to get you up and moving quickly. It's only part of what you would get in a traditional 2-day RoboHelp class or course.
What if I want more detail?
Tech Comm Tools also has an integrated paid access RoboHelp course that picks up where this course leaves off. That course covers options and best practices that would weigh down this quick start course. If you don't want to pursue a full class or course, you can always contact Tech Comm Tools for individualized help and solutions to your pricklier issues related to a full-blown RoboHelp environment.
